Pharmacological action.

Indications.

Acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases accompanied by difficulty sputum discharge: COPD (asthma, obstructive bronchitis, emphysema), bronchitis, pneumonia, pneumoconiosis, pulmonary tuberculosis.

Contraindications.

Interaction

Theophylline and others. Xanthine, while the application increases the risk of tachyarrhythmias.

MAO inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants increase the effect of salbutamol, may lead to a sharp decrease in blood pressure.

Anticholinergic drugs, designated by inhalation may cause increased intraocular pressure. Not compatible with non-selective beta-blockers.

Diuretics and corticosteroids increase hypokalemic effect of salbutamol. Co-administration with medications containing codeine, and others. Antitussives difficult expectoration attenuated sputum.

Part of the drug bromhexine facilitates the penetration of antibiotics into the lung tissue.
