Composition and form of release

1 caplet, 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) of syrup without sugar and 1 ml of drops for oral administration contain paracetamol 500, 120 and 100 mg; in the package of 20 pcs. and in bottles of 110 and 20 ml, respectively.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - antipyretic, analgesic.

Indications

Upper respiratory tract infections, tonsillitis, flu, colds, headache and toothache, myalgia, reactions to immunization and vaccination in adults and children.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

pregnancy and lactation

Safety of use during pregnancy is not established. Cautiously appoint or nominate during a lactemia.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, violations of the liver and kidneys (with prolonged use in large doses), changes in the cellular composition of the blood.

Interaction

The likelihood of violations of liver function is increased by anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, rifampicin and alcohol.

Dosing and Administration

Inside. Adults - 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day, children 6-12 years old - 1 drop or 3-4 hours of a syrup 3-4 times a day, 4-6 years - 1,5-2 h. of syrup or 66-88 drops 4-5 times a day, 1-3 years - 1-1.5 tsp syrup or 44-60 drops 4-5 times a day, up to 1 year - according to 1/2 tsp syrup or 22 drops 4-5 times a day.

Overdose

When taking doses over 150 mg / kg, the liver is affected. Early symptoms: nausea, vomiting, profuse sweating; laboratory signs are registered after 48-72 hours. Lethal outcome (including in children) is extremely rare.

Precautionary measures
