Pharmacological Properties of Pyrroxan tablets 0,015 g

Pharmachologic effect - Mode of action - antiabstinentnoe, hypotensive, antipruritic, sedative.

Blocks alpha-adrenergic receptors. It has peripheral and central influence. Adrenergic vasoconstrictor, decreases transmission pulse, eliminates spasms and expands peripheral vessels, especially the arterioles and precapillaries. It suppresses the excitability of brain diencephalic structures and adjusts tone simpatoadrenalovoj system.

Indications for Pyrroxan tablets 0,015 g

Morphine and alcohol withdrawal symptoms, allergic dermatosis, motion sickness, Meniere syndrome, anxiety-depressive syndrome, hypertensive crisis, diencephalic crisis.

Contraindications for Pyrroxan tablets 0,015 g

Severe atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, stroke, congestive heart failure, the age of 6 months.

Pyrroxan tablets 0,015 g Dosage and Administration

Inside, morphine and alcohol withdrawal - at 0,045 g 3 times a day for 5 days, for the relief of diencephalic and hypertensive crises - on 0.015-0.03 g 1-3 times a day, for the prevention of motion sickness syndrome - 0,015-0, 03 g for 30-40 minutes before travel. Higher doses: single - 0.06 grams daily - 0.18 g
