Pharmacotherapy. Combined drug, has anti-hemorrhoidal, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Heparin is an anticoagulant of direct action, it prevents thrombus formation and stops growth of already formed blood clots. Benzocaine is a local anesthetic.

Indication. Thrombosis of external and internal hemorrhoids.

Contraindications. Hypersensitivity.

Dosing. Rectal, 1 suppository 2 times a day. The course of treatment is 10-14 days.
