Pharmacological effect

Combined medication for symptomatic local treatment of rhinitis. Phenylephrine - alpha-agonists, when applied topically has a moderate selective vasoconstrictor action due to stimulation of alpha 1-adrenoceptors located in the vessels. Quickly and permanently removes the swelling of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Dimethindene is anti-allergic drugs - blocker of H1-histamine receptors; It has no effect on the activity of ciliated nasal mucosa.

Indications

Acute rhinitis (including in the "cold" diseases); allergic rhinitis (including with hay fever); vasomotor rhinitis; chronic rhinitis; sinusitis; Acute otitis media (as an auxiliary method of treatment). Preparation for surgical interventions in the nose and the elimination of edema of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses after surgery in this area.

Contraindications

Dosage
