Composition and form of release

1 tablet contains diclofenac sodium 50 mg; in the box 2 blisters for 15 pcs.

1 tablet retard - 100 mg; in the box 2 blisters for 15 pcs.

1 ml solution for injection - 25 mg; in ampoules of 3 ml, in the box 1 container with nests of 6 pcs.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Inhibits cyclooxygenase and inhibits the biosynthesis of PG (prostaglandins).

Indication

Acute pain in inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system and spasms of smooth muscles.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, gastric and duodenal ulcer, peptic ulcer, severe gastrointestinal tract diseases, bleeding or hemorrhagic diathesis, aspirin asthma, pregnancy, lactation (should be abandoned for the period of breastfeeding), children's age.

Interaction

Increases the negative effects of diuretics and anticoagulants.

Dosing and Administration

In / m (intramuscularly) deep, adults - 1 ampoule (75 mg) per day in the upper outer quadrant of the buttocks (alternating sides); in severe cases - 2 injections a day. If possible, it is advisable to switch to taking pills as soon as possible.

Inside, after a meal, 50 mg 3 times a day, or - 100 mg (table.retard) 1-2 times a day.

Precautionary measures
