Alprox Dosage and Administration

Inside, the initial dose is taken before bedtime. In panic disorder - 0,25-0,5 mg three times a day, with gradual dose increases (no more than 1 mg every 3-4 days) to a maximum of - 4.6 mg / day, for 4- 12 weeks. When depressive and anxiety disorders - 0.5 mg 3 times (up to 4 mg per day - as much as possible). Older patients - 0.25 mg 2 times a day with a gradual increase to a maximum of 4 mg daily (in divided doses).

Side effect of Alprox

Headache, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, deterioration of attention, fatigue, confusion, dry mouth, double vision, muscle weakness, ataxia, inappropriate behavior, restlessness, agitation, irritability, hallucinations, psychoses.

OverdoseSymptoms: drowsiness, confusion, decreased coordination, decreased reflexes, coma.

Interaction

Effect increase funds CNS depressants and alcohol. Cimetidine prolongs excretion.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
