Quickly and almost completely absorbed from the digestive tract. Almost completely (99%) binds to proteins. The volume of distribution is 0.09 l / kg. The cavity of the joint penetrates slowly: 3-4 hours after ingestion, the concentration in the synovial fluid is 50% of the plasma level, and after 15 hours - about 74%. A significant therapeutic effect develops after 10 hours. More than half of the administered amount undergoes biotransformation - forms glucuronides. It is excreted in the urine, about 10% unchanged, 60% - in the glucuronated. T1 / 2 - 12-15 hours. With hepatic and renal failure, excretion can be significantly reduced.
