Pharmacotherapy. Combined drug, has antispasmodic, incl. Bronchodilator effect. Stimulates the central nervous system and the heart.

Indications. Diseases of the lungs, accompanied by bronchospasm (COPD, bronchial asthma).

Contraindications. Hypersensitivity, CHF, stenocardia, prostatic hyperplasia, heart rhythm disorders, angle-closure glaucoma, pregnancy, lactation, thyrotoxicosis, arterial hypertension.

Dosing. Inside, 1 / 2-1 tablet 1 time per day, after meals. For relief of attacks - 2 tablets 1 time (if necessary 2-3 times) per day.

Side effect. Tachycardia, dry mouth, allergic reactions, mental agitation, insomnia, tremor, decreased appetite, vomiting, increased sweating, urinary retention.
