Composition
Titanium glycerosolvata aquacomplex - 100 g.
Description of dosage form
A thick, opaque, non-flowing mass of white with a grayish tint, with a weak specific odor.
Pharmacological group
Anti-inflammatory for topical use.
Pharmacokinetics
When applied externally, Tysol® is rapidly absorbed, distributed in the skin, subcutaneous tissue and underlying tissues. It is not metabolized. Isolated unchanged kidney 42%, through the intestine 48%, sweat glands 6.2%, through the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract 3.8%. The speed of elimination of the drug is 20-24 hours. It does not accumulate in the body.
Indications
Bursitis, arthritis, tendonitis, tendovaginitis;
psoriasis, neurodermatitis, seborrheic eczema, dermatitis, scleroderma, red flat lichen;
as a local radioprotector with radiotherapy;
as a conductor of medicines.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Tysol®, acute inflammatory diseases of the skin and mucous membranes, purulent wounds with pronounced exudation.
pregnancy and lactation
There is insufficient data on the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation.
Dosing and Administration
Locally and externally.
Apply to the affected skin and mucous membranes with a thin layer 1-3 times a day. The course of treatment is individual, depends on the severity of the disease, localization and severity of the process. The effect of the drug comes during the first week of treatment. Possible repeated courses of treatment and prolonged use for 2-3 months.
When the drug is used as a local radioprotective agent for protection against radiation damage, Tisolum® is applied a thin layer on the irradiation area before and 12 hours after the session. After application it is necessary to exclude contact with clothing, do not use occlusive dressings. If there is a local radiation reaction, the drug is used until it disappears.
Side effects
Rarely, in the first minutes after application to the skin or mucous membranes, tingling, tingling, a feeling of tightness, passing on their own and not requiring the drug cancellation is possible. With individual sensitivity, local allergic reactions are possible. In this case, the use of Tisol® is stopped.

Tisolum®, being a gel complex-forming system, is combined with many medicinal substances of various chemical composition and structure and can be used as a basis for preparation of soft medicinal forms.
Form of issue
Gel for external and local use
10 g in cans of glass glass of dark glass, or in cans of glass type BS-T-TZMS, or in cans of polyethylene; or in polymer cans;
100 g in cans of glass glass of dark glass;
10 g in aluminum tubes.
One jar or one tube is placed in a pack of cardboard along with instructions for medical use.
Storage conditions
In the dark place at a temperature of 5 to 25 ºC.

Shelf life
2 years.
