antazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg

tetryzoline hydrochloride 0.4 mg

Dosage and Administration

Kongungualno. Adults and adolescents drug - 1 drop 2-3 times a day not more than 14 days.

Special clinical studies on the use of spersallerg drug in children older than 2 years have not been conducted. Because the drug can exert a systemic effect, for children older than 2 years old should not bury more than 1-2 drops spersallerg drug 1 time per day. The drug should not be used longer than 14 days, because long-term use of the drug can be observed toxic follicular conjunctivitis and reactive hyperemia.

Pressing the tear point or lower closing eyes for 3 min after instillation in the conjunctival sac spersallerg reduces ingress of the drug in the systemic circulation, which promotes more effective local action of the drug and reduce the incidence of systemic side effects.
