Composition and form of release

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Metamizole and paracetamol inhibit cyclooxygenase and inhibit the synthesis of PG from arachidonic acid. Caffeine blocks phosphodiesterase and promotes the accumulation of cyclic AMP in cells, improves the bioavailability of other components.

Indications

Pain syndrome of different genesis (headache, migraine, toothache, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, renal, biliary and intestinal colic, with injuries, burns, after surgery, dysmalgomenorrhea); colds.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hepatic and / or renal insufficiency; blood diseases, deficiency of uridine diphosphoglucuron transferase or glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; bronchial asthma; insomnia, increased excitability; severe hypertension, atherosclerosis and other organic diseases of the cardiovascular system; recurrent conjunctivitis, glaucoma, pregnancy, old age.

Side effects

Increased excitability of the central nervous system, tachycardia, arrhythmia, vomiting, allergic reactions (skin rash, Quincke's edema, anaphylactic shock). With prolonged use - oppression hemopoiesis (anemia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia), methemoglobinemia, toxic liver damage.

Precautionary measures
