Composition and form of release

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Indications

Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the joints, neuralgia, myalgia, pain in the spine, primary dysmenorrhea, ARI.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, "aspirin" bronchial asthma, marked violations of the liver and kidneys, hematopoiesis, peptic ulcer in the acute stage, pregnancy, breast-feeding.

Side effects

From the nervous system and sensory organs: headache, irritability, insomnia.

On the part of the intestine: dyspeptic phenomena, gastralgia, rarely - erosive and ulcerative lesions of the digestive tract, impaired liver function.

Interaction

Weaken the diuretic and hypotensive effect of diuretics. Enhances the effect of anticoagulants.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, during or after a meal, 10-30 mg once a day or 10 mg twice a day. In case of an acute attack of gout - 40 mg once a day for 2 days, then 20 mg twice a day for 4-6 days and further (maintenance therapy) - 10-20 mg once a day.
