Composition

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - spasmolytic, hypotensive.

It blocks n-holinoretseptory sympathetic and parasympathetic ganglia.

Indication

Hypertensive crisis, spasm of peripheral arteries, intestinal, biliary and renal colic, bronchial asthma, eclampsia, causalgia, edema of the brain and lungs.

Contraindications

Hypotension, hepatic-renal failure, degenerative changes in the central nervous system, thrombophlebitis.

Side effects

Dry mouth, weakness, dizziness, tachycardia, mydriasis, orthostatic hypotension.

Dosing and Administration

In / m - 0,5-3 ml of solution 2-3 times a day. The highest single dose - 3 ml of 5% solution, daily - 9 ml.
