Composition and form of release
1 tablet contains ibuprofen 200 mg, in a package of 20 pcs.

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.
Pharmacokinetics
Absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract completely. The maximum concentration in the plasma occurs in 1-3 hours. 99% binds to plasma proteins. In the liver it is oxidized into metabolites, it is excreted by urine partially in unmodified form, partly in the form of conjugates; a small amount of the drug is excreted with bile. The half-life is 1.5-2 hours.
Indications
Weak pains (headache, dental, muscular, articular, with menstruation).
Contraindications
Stomach and duodenal ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe heart or liver failure, malignant hypertension, acute renal failure, severe thrombocytopenia, bronchial asthma, other allergic syndromes caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
pregnancy and lactation
Do not use in the last trimester of pregnancy, with lactation.
Side effects
Dyspeptic disorders, erosive gastritis, gastric ulcer, violations of the liver and kidneys (edema), thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions (exanthema, Quincke's edema, allergic rhinitis or asthma).
Dosing and Administration
Inside, adults after eating 200-400 mg (1-2 tablets), maximum 1200 mg (6 tablets) 3-4 times a day.
Precautionary measures
Carefully apply with simultaneous treatment with anticoagulants, as well as in elderly patients, in patients with reduced renal function suffering from asthma.
