Pharmacotherapy. Combined drug, has a local anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, venotonizing, analgesic and antiaggregant effect, reduces the permeability of veins, improves microcirculation. Escin is a venotonic agent of plant origin, increases the resistance of capillaries and normalizes their selective permeability, causing a decrease in plasma and protein transudation in inflamed tissues. Heparin - an anticoagulant of direct action, has an effect on different links of thrombotic and inflammatory processes.

Indication. Phlebitis and thrombophlebitis of superficial veins; Varicose veins of the lower extremities (including those complicated by phlebitis, thrombophlebitis); Hematoma and contusion of soft tissues.

Contraindications. Hypersensitivity; Hemorrhagic diathesis (including purpura, thrombocytopenia), hemophilia.

Carefully. Pregnancy, lactation, children's age.

Dosing. Outerly, apply a thin layer on the skin over the affected area 1-2 times a day, without rubbing. The course of treatment is 10 days.

Side effect. Allergic reactions. When applied to the vast surface of the skin - a systemic action.

Special instructions. Avoid contact with open wounds, eyes and mucous membranes. In violation of the integrity of the skin is applied only to the surrounding areas of the skin.
