Dexamethasone - GCS (glucocorticosteroids) has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect: the index of its relative anti-inflammatory activity is 30. Gentamicin sulfate is an antibiotic of the aminoglycoside group, characterized by a wide spectrum of action: active against most gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Proteus spp. , Klebsiella spp., Serratia spp., Salmonella spp.). Moderately active against strains of Staphylococcus spp.
Indications
Infections of the anterior chamber of the eyes: conjunctivitis, keratitis, blepharitis, meibomite (barley); Allergic eye diseases with bacterial superinfections.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, herpetic keratitis, trauma and ulcerous corneal damage, open-angle and angle-closure glaucoma, tuberculosis and fungal infections of the eyes.
Dosing
They put a 1 cm ointment into the conjunctival sac 4-6 times a day or instill 1 cap into the conjunctival sac 4-6 times a day. The course of treatment is no more than 2 weeks.

Special instructions
