Contraindications
Peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, bacterial and viral infections, herpes, fungal infections, pre and post vaccination period, glaucoma, osteoporosis, diabetes mellitus, psychosis, cardiomyopathy, arterial hypertension, congestive heart failure, severe nephropathy.
Side effects
Itenko-Cushing's syndrome, sodium retention, edema, hypokalemia, hyperglycemia, arterial and craniocerebral hypertension, osteoporosis, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, psychoses, glaucoma, cataract, growth retardation in children, adrenal insufficiency.
