Hard gelatin capsules No. 1, body opaque, light green, lid opaque, dark green.
The contents of the capsule: the powder has a color from pale yellow with a grayish shade to a light brown, fragrant smell.

Indications
prevention of locomotion disease (motion sickness in transport), manifested by nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness and increased sweating
nausea and vomiting after surgery

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, cholelithiasis, children under 12 years.
With care: gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
pregnancy and lactation
Due to insufficient data on the safety of use of the drug by pregnant and lactating women, this group of patients is not recommended to take the drug.
Dosage and administration
The drug is taken orally.
For the prevention of manifestations of locomotion disease, take 2 capsules half an hour before the trip, in case of nausea on the road - 1-2 capsules every 4 hours before the symptoms disappear, but not more than 8 capsules per day. The course of treatment is not more than 3 days.
In order to prevent nausea and vomiting after surgery, take 4 capsules 1 hour before surgery.
For the normalization of digestion and dyskinesia of the biliary tract by hypotonic type - from 2 to 4 capsules per day. If there is no improvement after 3 days of treatment, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
Side effects
Allergic reactions, dyspeptic symptoms (heartburn, diarrhea) are possible.
Overdose
Taking the drug in doses much higher than recommended (more than 6 g, which corresponds to 24 capsules per day) can lead to depression of the central nervous system, disruption of the heart rhythm and, in rare cases, damage to the gastric mucosa. In this case, the patient must consult a doctor. Treatment: drug withdrawal; symptomatic therapy.
Interaction
Ginger can reduce the absorption of sulfaguanidine. Ginger may enhance the effect of nifedipine on platelet aggregation. Taking rhizomes of ginger with alcoholic beverages or preparations containing alcohol may increase intestinal motility. May enhance the effect of indirect anticoagulants, hypoglycemic drugs and cardiac glycosides. The use in conjunction with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may enhance the side effects of the latter.

In patients after extensive surgical interventions, as well as in patients with bleeding disorders and those taking indirect anticoagulants, ginger rhizome may increase the risk of bleeding. Need to consult a doctor.
