Pharmachologic effect
Mode action - anti-allergic, antihistamine.
It blocks histamine H1 receptors.
Indication of the drug Asmoval 10
Allergic rhinitis (including seasonal, chronic), conjunctivitis, skin diseases, including urticaria (treatment and prevention).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, heart disease, metabolic disorders, pregnancy.
Side effects
Increased appetite, weight gain; Rarely - CNS depression.
Dosing and Administration
Inside, before eating. Adults and children 12 years and older - 10 mg (1 table) 1 time per day.
Children 6-12 years - 5 mg (1/2 table) once a day.
Precautionary measures
It is not recommended to take breastfeeding mothers (excreted with milk). Do not exceed recommended doses (to avoid occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia). During treatment it is necessary to refrain from drinking alcohol.
