Description of dosage form

Sterile, freshly prepared, stabilized filtrate of culture liquid, clear solution from yellowish-brown to brown color.

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Immunostimulating.

Pharmacodynamics

Immunobiological preparation stimulating phagocytic process and production of antibodies to various infectious agents; Increases the resistance of the body, reduces the activity of inflammation.

Compatible with antibiotics, while reducing the duration of antibiotic therapy.

Indications of the Aktinolysat

Actinomycosis of different localization;

Chronic purulent diseases of the skin, subcutaneous tissue and internal organs.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance;

oncological diseases;

Acute infectious diseases.

Side effects

Moderate allergic rashes on the skin and / or hyperemia at the injection site are possible.

Interaction

Combined use with antibiotics of a wide spectrum of action is allowed.

With immunosuppressive drugs Actinolysate is not used.

Dosing and Administration

IM, 2 times a week.

Adults - 3 ml, children under 3 years - 0.1 ml / kg, 3-14 years - 2 ml; Over 14 years old - 3 ml each. The course of treatment - 10-25 injections, the interval between courses - 1 month.

Duration and number of courses of treatment depend on the form and severity of the disease. After 1 month after clinical recovery, in order to avoid relapse, a preventive course of 15-20 injections is carried out.
