Composition

Composition (30.0 g):

Active components:

Sesame Indian oil, treated with a liquid water extract * 6.6 g;

Peppermint leaves - 3.0 g;

The cinnamon of Ceylon oil is 0.75 g;

Turpentine gum - 1.5 g;

Camphor - 1.5 g;

Excipients:

Methylparahydroxybenzoate 0.075 g,

Propyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.015 g,

Cetomacrogol - 1000 0.9 g,

Cetostearyl alcohol (cetyl alcohol 60%, stearic alcohol 40%) - 3.6 g,

Sodium alginate - 0.6 g,

Sorghum of lemon (lemongrass) oil is 0.75 g,

Purified water - 10.71 g.

* Liquid aqueous extract is obtained from a mixture of plant raw materials: nardostachis yatamansi rhizomes (Nardostachys jatamansi, DC., Valerianaceae), burdock roots (Saussurea lappa, SV Clarke (Compositae)), arthropods of paniculatus (Celastrus paniculatus, Willd. ( Celestraceae)), the Chinese leaf stalk (Vitex negundo, Linn., V. paniculata (Verbenaceae)), the basilica of the sacred leaves (Ocimum sanctum, Linn. Description of dosage form

A cream from white with a cream shade up to light yellow color with a smell of camphor.

pharmachologic effect

Combined preparation of plant origin, the effect of which is due to the components that make up its composition. Has anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, distracting effect. The amount of terpenoids in the preparation contributes to the improvement of microcirculation and the normalization of metabolic processes in the joints and muscles.

Pharmacokinetics

Since the drug "Rumalaya krim" is a multicomponent herbal preparation, it is not possible to study its pharmacokinetics.

Indications

Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis - as part of complex therapy.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to individual components of the drug. Children under 18 years.

Diseases and skin damage at the site of the intended application of the drug.

pregnancy and lactation

Application during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is contraindicated.

Dosing and Administration

Outwardly. A strip of cream 1 - 2 cm long is applied to the skin in the area of the projection of the affected joint and rubbed with intense massage movements. It is recommended to keep the treated places warm. The cream is applied 2 times a day daily for 4 weeks. Conducting repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose

Until now, there have been no reports of cases of overdose with the use of the drug.

Interaction

The drug Rumalaya Krim is compatible with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Combined application with the drug Rumalaya in the dosage form of the pill helps to enhance the therapeutic effect.

The drug should be applied only to undamaged skin areas, avoiding getting on open wounds.

After applying, do not apply an occlusive dressing.

Do not allow the product to enter the eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water.

When allergic reactions occur, the drug should be discontinued. The use of the drug does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, working with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work).

Form of issue

Cream for external use. 30.0 grams of cream per tube are laminated. Each tube together with instructions for medical use is placed in a cardboard box.

Storage conditions

In a dry place at a temperature of 10 C to 30 C.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life

3 years.

Do not use after the expiration date.
