Mode of action - anxiolytic.
Eliminates irritability, fear, anxiety, emotional lability. Potentsiruet effect of hypnotics and other deprimiruyuschih funds, normalizes the disturbed night sleep, without having a direct hypnotic effect, facilitates or eliminates manifestations of nicotine withdrawal. Has no cholinolytic and muscle relaxant activity, does not disrupt the coordination of movements, does not cause addiction and dependence, does not cumulate.
Completely excreted in the urine within 24 hours.
Indications for the Mebix
Neuroses and neurosis-like conditions, incl. in patients with alcoholism during remission (asthenia, obsessive attraction to alcohol, etc.); stress disorders in people working in extreme occupational stress (prevention and treatment); cardialgia (not associated with ischemic heart disease); to reduce the desire for smoking, improve the tolerability of neuroleptics and tranquilizers.
Sometimes - hypothermia (at 1-1,5 į C), short-term lowering of blood pressure (do not require withdrawal of the drug and pass on their own), dyspeptic phenomena, allergic reactions (skin itching).
Strengthens the effect of hypnotics.
Dosing and Administration
Inside, regardless of food intake, 0.5-1 g 2-3 times a day. Maximum doses: single - 3 g, daily - 10 g. The course of treatment 2-3 months.
