pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antifungal, anti-seborrheic.

Component properties

Zinc pyrithione and white willow extract (so-called zinc-PT-S complex) suppress the formation of dandruff at all levels. Zinc pyrithione significantly reduces the number of fungi of the genus Malassezia and contributes to the normalization of keratinization of the epidermis and secretion of the sebaceous glands. These properties of zinc pyrithione provide a long-lasting antifungal effect, which increases the effectiveness of shampoo. Salicyin, contained in the extract of white willow, promotes the flaking of scales of dandruff and cleansing the scalp, and also has an anti-inflammatory effect. Hydroxyethylurea, an active moisturizing component, preserves the protective layer of the scalp.

Side effects

Dosing and Administration

It is recommended for regular hair washing.

Apply shampoo to wet hair and spread evenly on the scalp with massage movements. Leave to work for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat the procedure, washing off the shampoo immediately after application, leaving no effect. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

If after a while dandruff appears again, it is recommended to reuse the shampoo for intensive or regular care, depending on the degree of dandruff.

With strong persistent dandruff, the use of shampoo for intensive care is recommended.
