Composition

Tablets 1 tab.

active substance 0.075/ 0.15 mg clonidine

Excipients: potato starch; lactose (milk sugar); magnesium stearate

in blisters of 10 pieces. or in glass jars for 50 pcs .; In the paper cartons five packs in a carton or 1 jar respectively.

Clonidine injection of 0.01%

Solution for injection 1 mL of 0.01%

0.1 mg clonidine

in 1 ml ampoules, complete with knife ampulnam; In the paper cartons of 10 vials.

Pharmachologic effect
hypotensive

It stimulates postsynaptic alpha 2-adrenergic receptors inhibitory structures of the brain, reduces the sympathetic impulses to the blood vessels and the heart.

Clophelin Dosage and Administration

Tablets

Inside, during or after a meal, not liquid, squeezed small amounts of liquid. Dose selected strictly individually.

Generally, treatment is initiated with small doses (0.075 mg 2-3 times a day). When enough single dose hypotensive effect gradually increased every 1-2 days at 0.0375 mg to 0.15 mg.

In elderly patients, especially with the appearance of multiple sclerosis of cerebral vessels, treatment is initiated with a dose of 0.0375 mg.

The daily doses are usually - 0.3-0.45 mg, sometimes - 1.2-1.5 mg.

Clonidine injection of 0.01%

In PNDS crises - in / m, n / c or / in. V / m and s / c - at 0.5-1.5 ml 0.01% solution. If the hypotensive effect is insufficient injection administered 3-4 times per day. For I / O injection of 0.5-1.5 ml of 0.01% solution diluted in 10-20 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution and injected slowly over 3-5 minutes.
