Structure and form of release

Hyaluronic acid, chondroitin-4-sulfate, hoidroitin-6-sulfate, dermatansulfat, keratansulfat, polypeptides with a small molecular weight, free amino acids, trace substances - Na, To, Sa, Mg, Fe, the SI, Zn, Megapixel are Alflutop's part. The complex composition of drug does it similar to a matrix of a hyaline cartilage.

Packing of-10 ampoules on 1 ml.

In 1 ml-10 mg of extract.

Pharmacological action

Alflutop is an original hondro protektor, represents the purified, standardized and stabilized extract from four species of fine sea fishes.

Alflutop has hondroprotektin, antiinflammator, analgetic, regenerator, trophic activity; the antiinflammatory and anesthetizing action expressed at different forms of an osteoarthrosis. In an experiment it is shown that drug prevents destruction of macro-molecular structures of normal tissues, stimulates processes of restoration in an interstitial tissue and a tissue of a joint cartilage. Antiinflammatory action and an angenesis are based on oppression of activity of Hyaluronidasum and normalization of a biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid. Both of these effects of sinergichna also cause the end result is antiinflammatory action and activation of recovery processes in tissues (in particular, restoration of structure of a cartilage).

Alflutop has the difficult mechanism of action. The components which are its part:

• directly replace glikoz dinamicsin structure of proteoglikan of cartilaginous tissue;
• regulate metabolism of the functioning hondrotsit, stimulating biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid and other components of matriks of a cartilage, type collagen II;
• regulate proliferation of hondrotsit;
• suppress activity of gialuronidaza which loses a capability to depolymerize hyaluronic acid (the main component of connecting fabric operating as the intercellular "glue" promoting preserving structure of fabrics), and other enzymes which are taking part in destruction of an intercellular matriks such as elastaza, collagenase, lizosomalny hydromanholes, serinovy proteinases, etc.;
• suppress biosynthesis of mediators of an inflammation;
• mask secondary anti-gene determinants and suppress khemotacsis;
• suppress synergy effect of enzymes and free oxygen radicals;
• superoxide dismutases have antioxidant effect due to activity stimulation;
• improve microcirculation in departments of a bone and sinovialny fabric;
• suppress synthesis of lipids.

Chondroprotektiv and antiinflammatory action of Alflutop was proved in pilot and clinical trials by biochemical, histochemical, radiological, tracer techniques, results of a magnetic and resonant tomography.

Drug influences prevention of a neoplasm of blood vessels in the injured cartilage by oppression of a factor of an angiogenesis and according to preclinical researches possesses gastroprotective action.

Alflutop has no toxicity, adjuvanticity and teratogennost. Drug is well transferred, including patients with gastrointestinal or cardiovascular diseases.

The clinical effect at treatment by Alflutop is reached according to literature at 70-90% of patients and expressed in depression of pain, decrease of a tumescence of a joint, gradual augmentation of mobility of a joint, partial restoration and appreciable improvement of structure of a joint cartilage, augmentation of density of subchondral bone, rising of level of hyaluronic acid in synovial fluid.

Indications to use

• The recovery period after operative measures on a musculoskeletal system.
• Prophylaxis of an arthrosis of fine joints (chronic sports injury).

Regimen of dosage

Alflutop it is possible to enter intramusculary, vnutrisustavno, paravertebralno, periartikulyarno, into painful points at fibromyalgia.

Schemes of introduction can be the following.

In case of involvement of a set of joints: deeply intramusculary on 1 ml daily for 20 days.

In case of involvement in process of large joints: iside on 2 ml in each affected joint of 1 times in 3 days (6 introductions) with the subsequent intramuscular introduction on 1 ml daily for 20 days. Clinical trials confirm the greatest efficiency of this option which is characterized by more fast and long therapeutic effect.

At a backbone lesion: paravertebralno on 1 ml from each party of 1 times in 2-3 days (5 introductions) with the subsequent intramuscular introduction on 1 ml daily within 20 days. Repetition of a course of treatment is expedient in 3-6 months.

At a polyosteoarthrosis and osteochondrosis the drug is administered deeply intramusculary on 1 ml a day (only 20 injections).

The combination of intra joint and intramuscular methods of introduction is possible. It is expedient to repeat a course of treatment in 6 months.

Contraindications

There are no contraindications.

Special indicatings

Alflutop during pregnancy and lactemia, and also to children isn't recommended to apply due to the lack of clinical data at these categories of patients.

Side effect

The transient dermatitis, erubescence and burning sensation in a drug injection site, short-term mi-algiya are seldom observed. In some cases at intra joint injections perhaps transient intensifying of a pain syndrome.
