Mildronate (Meldonium, THP, MET-88, Mildronats, Quaterine) is a nootropic, vasodilator and CNS stimulant that can unlock your intellectual and physical potential. Suggested Use:

• As a general nootoropic take one 500mg capsule each morning. May increase to one 500mg capsule twice daily if desired and well tolerated.
• For improved athletic performance take 1 to 2 - 500mg capsule twice daily.
• Do not take within 8 hours of planned bedtime.
• Maximum daily dose is 2000mg (4 capsules).

Sport people areadvised to take 500-1000mg, 2 timesperday 40-60 minutes before workouts.The duration ofthe preparatory (load) periodis 14-21 days, continue taking during competitions.
