Composition and form of release
1 tablet contains acetylsalicylic acid 325 mg; in the package of 60 pcs.
pharmachologic effect
Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiaggregational, analgesic.
Indication
Pain syndrome of mild to moderate severity: headache, myalgia, toothache, neuralgia; fever.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, tendency to bleeding, pregnancy.
Side effects
Dyspepsia, erosive-ulcerative gastrointestinal lesions, gastrointestinal bleeding, anemia, allergic reactions.
Interaction
Incompatible with other NSAIDs, methotrexate, antacids and diuretics. Enhances the effect of heparin, oral anticoagulants and antidiabetics.
Dosing and Administration
Inside, adults and children after 12 years: 1-2 tablets with water every 4 hours, but not more than 12 tablets a day.
