Pharmacological Properties of Vero-Anaprilin
Pharmachologic effect - antianginal, hypotensive, anti-arrhythmic.
Beta-adrenoceptor blocking, has a membrane-stabilizing effect, reduces the automatism of the sinus node, the excitability of the myocardium, the occurrence of ectopic foci of excitation exerts membrane-stabilizing effect, slows heart rate slows AV conduction, reduces myocardial contractility, and its need for oxygen.
Indications of Vero-Anaprilin
Angina, progressive angina, silent myocardial ischemia, hypertension, arrhythmia, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, cardiopsychoneurosis, thyrotoxicosis, migraine, essential tremor family.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, decompensated heart failure, asthma, bradycardia, hypotension, a violation of the peripheral circulation, Raynaud's disease, myocardial infarction, insulin, treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
Side effect

Dosage and Administration
Inside, hypertension - 0.04 g 2 times a day, gradually increasing the dose to 0.12-0.16 g in 2 divided doses; migraine and angina - 0.02 g 4 times a day, then - 0.04 g reception; arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy, thyrotoxicosis - by 0.01-0.04 g 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose - 0.32 g
Precautionary measures
With caution is prescribed for acute myocardial infarction, abnormal liver and kidney function.
