The pharmacological action is antiparkinsonian, spasmolytic.
It blocks central and peripheral m-holinoretseptory.
Indications
Parkinson's disease, parkinsonism, extrapyramidal disorders (spastic paralysis, rigidity, hyperkinesis, Little's disease, spasm of smooth muscles of internal organs, peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, bronchial asthma, threat of premature birth, intoxication with organophosphorus compounds).
Contraindications
Glaucoma, ciliary tachyarrhythmia, arterial hypertension, congestive heart failure, hepatic-renal insufficiency.
Side effects
Hyposalivation, indigestion, headache, dizziness, agitation, tachycardia, paresis of accommodation.
Dosing and Administration
Inside, after meals - 10-12.5 mg 1-2 times a day, with good tolerability, the dose can be increased to 15-20 mg. The highest single dose is 30 mg, the daily dose is 100 mg. Children - 1-5 mg 1-2 times a day.
