Composition and release form

1 tablet contains levodopa 100 or 250 mg and carbidopa 10 or 25 mg; In contour non-jammed packaging 10 pcs., In the box 5 packages.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, after a meal. Patients who had not previously taken levodopa, 1 tab. (Cindopa containing 100 mg of levodopa + 10 mg of carbidopa) 3 times a day, adding 1 tabl. To a daily dose every 4-6 days, increasing the dose to 6 tablets per day. At reception of higher single doses - on 1 tab. (Cindopa containing 250 ml of levodopa + 25 mg of carbidopa) 3-4 times a day with an increase in the daily dose every 4-6 days by 0.5-1 table. Before reaching a daily dose of 8 tablets. When appointing a patient taking levodopa, it is necessary to stop taking levodopa at least 8-12 hours before the first intake of Sindopa (the dose of the last drug should be 1/4 of the daily dose of levodopa).
