Description of dosage form

Pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - antiallergic, antiexudative.

It blocks histamine H1 receptors.

Pharmacokinetics

Well absorbed, relatively evenly distributed in the body. Cmax after taking 8 mg of acrivastine is achieved after 1.5 hours. Poor penetration through the BBB. T1 / 2 is approximately 1.5 hours. It is excreted mainly by the kidneys (mostly unchanged).

Indications for Semprex

Contraindications
