Composition and form of release

1 ml of syrup contains choline salicylate 128 mg, which corresponds to 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid; in bottles of 150 ml.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

It inhibits cyclooxygenase and inhibits the biosynthesis of PG (prostaglandins).

Indication

Fever, cold and rheumatic diseases, neuralgia, myalgia.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage, bronchial asthma, pollinosis, hemorrhagic diathesis.

Side effects

Pain in the abdomen, nausea, exacerbation of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, lesions of the gastric mucosa, dizziness, impaired renal function, erythropenia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, nosebleeds, allergic skin reactions.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, adults and children over 12 years of age - 640-960 mg (5-7.5 ml) 4-6 times a day; children: 2-3 years - 0.5-1.5 ml, 4-7 years - 2 ml, 8-12 years - 3 ml 4 times a day.

Precautionary measures
