Composition and release form

1 tablet contains klemastina (in the form of fumarate) 1 mg; In a cardboard box 2 blisters for 10 pcs.

Pharmachologic effect

Mode action - antiallergic.

It blocks histamine H1 receptors, reduces the permeability of capillaries.

Clinical Pharmacology

Has an antiexudative effect. Along with antiallergic, it has sedative, cholinolytic and antipruritic properties. The antihistamine effect lasts up to 12 hours.

Indication of the drug Rivtagyl

Allergic rhinopathy, hay fever, urticaria, pruritus, itchy dermatoses, acute and chronic eczema, contact dermatitis (as part of combination therapy), reactions associated with insect bites, acute and chronic respiratory diseases (allergic rhinitis, vasomotor runny nose, pollinosis) .

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, breast age (up to 1 year).

Application in pregnancy and breastfeeding

Side effects

Nausea, dry mouth, stomach pain, constipation, headache, dizziness, fatigue, sedation; Less often - CNS excitation (especially in children).

Interaction

Dosing and Administration

Inside, before eating, drinking enough water, adults and children over 12 years - 1 table. 2 times a day; Children from 1 year to 12 years - 0.5 table. in the morning and in the evening. In severe cases, the daily dose can be increased to 6 tablets.
