Mode of action - Antiplatelet, antishock, plasma-substituting, normalizing rheological properties of blood.
Dosing and Administration
IV by stream infusion or by drop infusion. Adults in a dose of 400-800 ml per administration, children - 15-20 ml / kg of body weight; If necessary, the amount can be increased: adults up to 1200 ml, children up to 30 ml / kg body weight. The rate of administration is determined by the patient's condition, blood pressure and venous pressure, heart rate, hematocrit. With the normalization of hemodynamic parameters, it is advisable to switch to the drop method of administration. With blood loss more than 500-700 ml and severe anemia, the infusion of the drug is combined with blood transfusion. As the central venous pressure increases, the dose and rate of administration of the drug are reduced.
For prophylaxis of an operational shock, the drug is administered intravenously, drip by an adult at a speed of 60-80 drops per min, children - 30-40 drops per minute with a transition to a jet in the event of a fall in blood pressure.
