Composition and form of release

1 tablet (divisible) contains tamoxifen 20 mg; In the package of 30 and 100 pcs.

Indications

Breast cancer, anovulatory infertility.

Contraindications

Pregnancy.

Side effects

Gastrointestinal disorders, dizziness, edema, metrorrhagia, thrombocytopenia.

Dosing and Administration

Inside. For breast cancer - 1 tablet 2 times a day; In the absence of a positive effect after 1 month the dose can be increased to 2 tablets 2 times a day. Infertility - 1 tablet 2 times a day; Women with a regular menstrual cycle (without onset of ovulation) are recommended to take on days 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the cycle; If necessary, the dose is gradually increased in subsequent cycles to 2-4 tablets 2 times a day, women with an irregular cycle can begin treatment from any day. With the onset of ovulation, a second course is possible in 45 days. At the onset of menstruation, the next course begins on the second day of the cycle.

Precautionary measures

Before the treatment of infertility should be excluded pregnancy. Use with caution in the pre-menopause (there is a possibility of pregnancy).
