Composition and form of release

1 tablet contains naproxen 250 or 500 mg.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Indication

Arthritis (rheumatoid, gouty), osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, extraarticular rheumatism, fibromyositis, bursitis, tendonitis, tenosynovitis, periarthritis, myalgia, lumbago, torticollis, bruises, sprains, hematomas, traumatic infiltration.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, induced porphyria, third trimester of pregnancy, lactation.

Not recommended.

Side effects

Dyspeptic disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, jaundice, hepatitis, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, anemia, headache, drowsiness, dizziness, blocking, visual and hearing impairment, kidney failure, thirst, allergic reactions.

Interaction

It is not recommended to combine with other NSAIDs. Increases plasma concentrations of indirect anticoagulants and hypoglycemic agents. Probenecid slows down the excretion.

Dosing and Administration

Inside - 550-1100 mg per day (in 2 divided doses), then 275-550 mg per day.
