Composition and form of release

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic, antimicrobial.
It inhibits the formation of PG (prostaglandins), the function of macrophages and neutrophils, the production of interleukin-1; the spectrum of antimicrobial action includes Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, some fungi and viruses.
Clinical Pharmacology
The action develops in 2-3 minutes and lasts 2-3 hours. The ethanol-containing gel base provides a firm fixation on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity (it is not washed off by saliva). The absence of sugar in the composition makes it possible to use the drug in patients with diabetes mellitus.
Indications
Infectious-inflammatory, ulcerative-necrotic and trophic diseases of the mucous membrane of the mouth, nose and pharynx; damage to the oral mucosa (corns, ulcers, wounds) when wearing dentures, pain in teething children.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Side effects
A burning sensation in place of the application.
Dosing and Administration
Locally, 1 cm of gel - 3-4 times a day before eating or sleeping. Gel put a clean finger on the affected area, slightly massaging.
