Composition and release form

Clinical Pharmacology

Immunity is acquired after the third injection of the vaccine, increases with subsequent administration of the drug and persists for at least 5 years after the first revaccination. Imovax Polio causes the production of a significant amount of viral neutralizing antibodies, starting with the 2nd injection, regardless of the general condition of the vaccinated (immunodeficiency, intestinal pathology, dystrophy). After the introduction of 3 doses of vaccine seroconversion is observed in 95-100% of vaccinated.
