Pharmacotherapy. The human serum Ig complex and histamine dihydrochloride enhances the ability of blood serum to inactivate free histamine.

Indication. Allergic diseases in remission: incl. Urticaria, atopic dermatitis, eczema, migraine of allergic origin, atopic form of bronchial asthma (with the impossibility of using specific therapy with allergens), asthmatic bronchitis, rhinosinusopathy, conjunctivitis, pollinosis, recurrent angioedema.

Contraindications. Hypersensitivity (including immunoglobulins, human blood products), allergic diseases in the phase of exacerbation, hereditary angioedema, acute infectious diseases, exacerbation of chronic infectious diseases (including tonsillitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, cholecystitis, etc.). , Exacerbation of peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, glomerulonephritis, rheumatism; Severe diseases of the nervous, hematopoietic, endocrine systems, diffuse connective tissue diseases, arterial hypertension of the II century, pregnancy, menstruation period.

Dosing. SC, in the upper region of the outer surface of the shoulder, previously dissolved in 2 ml of the attached 0.9% NaCl solution (the prepared solution should be used within 30 minutes). Adults - 2 ml (1 dose), course - 4-10 injections with an interval of 3-4 days; Children - 4-6 injections with an interval of 4-7 days in increasing dosages, starting with 0.1 ml for children under 3 years, 0.3 ml - 3-5 years, 0.5 ml - over 5 years; For children of all age groups, the dose step is 0.1 ml.

Depending on the severity of the allergic process, the doctor can set an individual dosage of the drug, starting the course with reduced doses (0.1, 0.2 or 0.3 ml), the dose step is 0.1 ml.

If necessary, treatment courses can be repeated after 1-2 months for adults and not less than 2 months for children.

Side effect. Rarely - headache, malaise, mild dizziness (in the elderly), exacerbation of the underlying allergic disease.

Interaction. Incompatible with the conduct of specific hyposensitization, therapy with GCS, as well as with preventive vaccinations.

Special instructions. Treatment should be carried out during periods of remission. With pollinosis treatment should be carried out before the flowering season. In case of exacerbation of chronic infectious diseases, treatment is prescribed no earlier than 1 month after recovery; With exacerbation of peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, glomerulonephritis, rheumatism after reaching a stable remission.

In case of an acute allergic disease, the dose of the drug should be reduced or the intervals between injections should be increased and symptomatic treatment should be prescribed. With severe exacerbation the drug is canceled.

The drug is unsuitable for use in violation of the integrity of ampoules, the absence or violation of their labeling, the presence of foreign inclusions, expired shelf life.
