Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - immunostimulating.

Increases the body's opsonizing and neutralizing antibodies against bacteria, viruses and other infectious agents.

Indication of the Immunoglobulin

Hypogammaglobulinemia, autoimmune diseases, viral infections, severe systemic bacterial infections, accompanied by septicotoxic complications, as an addition to antibiotic therapy, etc.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects

Tachycardia, nausea, feeling depressed, allergic reactions.

Interaction

Do not mix with live viral vaccines; Pharmaceutically incompatible with other drugs.

Dosing and Administration

IV, with replacement therapy - 0.1-0.3 g / kg every 3-4 weeks, with autoimmune diseases - 0.4 g / kg / day for 2-5 days; For infections in the neonatal and perinatal period - 0.5-1.0 g / day for 6 days.
