Composition and release form

Mode of action - Fibrinolytic, antiaggregational, anticoagulant.

Indications for Heparin-sodium Braun

Acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, acute deep vein vein thrombosis, pelvic veins, coagulopathy of depletion in the hypercoagulant phase, prevention of hemocoagulation, thromboembolism, blood coagulation in the artificial kidney and the apparatus of artificial circulation.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, predisposition to bleeding, severe liver, kidney, pancreas, thrombocytopenia, gastrointestinal ulcer, hypertension, retinopathy, cerebral aneurysm, intraocular operations, spinal puncture, tumors with a tendency to bleeding, nephrourolythiasis, alcoholism, pregnancy.

Side effects

Bleeding, thrombocytopenia, vasospasm, alopecia, osteoporosis, increased activity of hepatic transaminases, hypoaldosteronemia, hyperkalemia, hyponatremia, metabolic acidosis, priapism, allergic reactions (fever, vomiting, itching, arthralgia, bronchospasm, hypotension).

Dosing and Administration

SC, IV. Prevention of thromboembolism with a low dose: before surgery - sc, 5000-7500 IU for 2 hours before surgery and after surgery every 8-12 hours. For prophylaxis of retrombosis after myocardial infarction: - sc, 2-3 times in Day on 7500 IU or 2 times on 10000-12500 IU. Treatment of venous and arterial thromboembolism: adults - iv, once, 5000-10000 IU, then 300-600 IU / kg / day. Children - in / in, once 50 IU / kg, then 20 IU / kg / h.

Overdose

Antidote: protamine - 1 mg of the drug per 100 IU of heparin.
