Structure and Composition

Pharmachologic effect
Mode of action - Anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.
Acetylsalicylic acid blocks cyclooxygenase and disrupts the synthesis of PG in the inflammatory focus, depresses the exudative and proliferative phases of inflammation, reduces the concentration of biogenic amines that have algogenic properties; The excitability of the thermoregulatory center in the hypothalamus decreases and the heat transfer increases (the level of PG decreases). Sodium bicarbonate neutralizes free hydrochloric acid, which reduces the ulcerogenicity of acetylsalicylic acid.
Indications for HL-Pain
Headache, muscle pain, alcoholic withdrawal.
Contraindications
Erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract in the acute stage, hemophilia, hemorrhagic diathesis, hypoprothrombinemia, vitamin K, marked violations of kidney function, I trimester of pregnancy and the period before childbirth.

Dosing and Administration
