Composition

1 tablet contains flutamide 250 mg; In bottles of 100 pcs., In the box 1 bottle.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - antiandrogenic, antitumor.

It blocks the binding of dihydrotestosterone to cellular receptors, prevents the appearance of androgenic effects in prostate cancer cells and in androgen-sensitive organs.

Pharmacodynamics

Helps reduce the size and density of the prostate, reduces the number and size of metastases in the tissues of prostate cancer, reduces pain in the bones.

Indications

Progressive prostate cancer with metastases (palliative treatment).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects

Possible: gynecomastia, galactorrhea, fluid retention; Subcutaneous hemorrhage, thromboembolism, dysfunction of the gastrointestinal tract, kidney and liver, toxic hepatitis, insomnia, headache.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, 250 mg 3 times a day.
