Polyestradiol phosphate 80 mg

Auxiliary substances: mepivacaine hydrochloride - 5 mg; Nicotinamide - 40 mg; Sodium hydrogenphosphate; sodium hydroxide

Solvent: water for injection - 2 ml

Pharmacological action - antitumor.

Dosing and Administration

Intramuscularly (intramuscularly), deep. Usually from 80 to 160 mg every 4 weeks for the first 2-3 months, then the dose can be reduced to 40-80 mg per month depending on the effect of the treatment.

The solution is prepared immediately before administration by adding the solvent to the contents of the vial and shaking until the drug has completely dissolved.
