Structure and Composition

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Antiaggregational, antiadhesive.

It blocks phosphodiesterase, indirectly stimulates adenosine receptors.

Indications for Dipiridamol

Prophylaxis and therapy of thromboembolic complications; Chronic coronary insufficiency.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

With caution in pregnancy (first trimester).

Side effects

Headache, tachycardia, dyspeptic disorders.

Interaction

Strengthens (mutually) the effect of acetylsalicylic acid. Caffeine (or products containing it) increases the likelihood of side effects.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, on an empty stomach, 1 hour before a meal, drinking a glass of water (you can milk).

For prophylaxis and therapy of thromboembolic complications - 75 mg 5-6 times a day, in combination with acetylsalicylic acid - 3 times a day;

With chronic coronary insufficiency - 75-100 mg 3 times a day.
