Pharmacological action - analgesic, antiexudative, anti-inflammatory local.

Pharmacodynamics

Gel Deep Relief is a combination of two active components of ibuprofen and menthol.

Menthol has a locally irritating effect, which causes the development of a rapid analgesic effect of the drug.

Ibuprofen has a local analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antiexudative action with symptomatic treatment of the pathology of joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles. The Dip Reilif drug reduces pain and inflammation, is effective for pain in the joints during movement and at rest, causes a decrease in the morning stiffness of the joints.

Indication

diseases of the musculoskeletal system (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis with radicular syndrome, sciatica, lumbago, sciatica);

rheumatic diseases of soft tissues (tendovaginitis, bursitis, lesion of periarticular tissues);

post-traumatic inflammation of soft tissues and joints, for example due to stretching, overstrain and bruises;

pain in the back, lower back.

Contraindications

hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or to other components of the drug;

The bronchial asthma, provoked by the reception of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;

violation of the integrity of the skin;

pregnancy;

lactation period;

children's age till 14 years.

Carefully:

hepatic porphyria (exacerbation);

erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract;

severe violations of the liver and kidneys;

chronic heart failure;

bronchial asthma;

elderly age.

Side effects

Local reactions: eczema, photosensitivity, contact dermatitis (itching, redness, swelling of the treated area of the skin, papules, vesicles, peeling).

Systemic reactions: generalized skin rash, allergic reactions, urticaria, angioedema, bronchospastic reactions, photosensitization.

Interaction

The drug may enhance the effect of drugs that cause photosensitivity. Clinically significant interaction with other drugs has not been described.

Dosing and Administration

Outer (for adults and children over 14 years). A small amount of gel (3-5 cm) is applied a thin layer on the skin above the inflammation focus and is lightly rubbed up to 4 times a day. It is always necessary to wash hands after applying Deep Relief if they are not the object of treatment.
