Composition and release form

Dosing and Administration

Inside, with depression and phobia: 25 mg 2-3 times a day; during the first week the dose is gradually increased to 15 mg / day in 2-3 doses, after reaching the clinical effect, they switch to the supporting one - 25 mg 2-3 times a day. With chronic pain: 10-150 mg / day; elderly people the initial dose - 10 mg / day with a gradual increase to 30-50 mg / day for 10 days. For children, the initial dose is 10 mg / day with a gradual increase within 10 days to 20 mg / day (at the age of 5-7 years), to 20-50 mg / day (aged 8-14 years), from 50 mg / day (over 14 years).
