Description of dosage form
Inhomogeneous mixture of flower baskets and their parts. Individual yellow tubular and white false-lingual flowers and fragments thereof; slices of flower or whole, greyish-green, conical, glabrous, fine-oval on the outside and hollow inside, sometimes with partially preserved tubular, rarely marginal false-lingual flowers and yellowish-green, yellow or grayish-green leaves of a wrapper; individual leaves of an envelope oblong-ovoid with a blunt apex and a wide filiform margin (magnifier or stereomicroscope); pieces of ribbed peduncles from light green to greenish-brown color.
The color is greenish-yellow, yellow with white, greyish-green and yellowish-brown impregnations. The scent is fragrant. The taste of water extract is spicy, bitter, slightly slimy.

Infusion of chamomile flowers has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and moderate antimicrobial effect, reduces the processes of fermentation in the intestine, increases the secretion of digestive glands.
Indications
Infusion of chamomile flowers is used internally in complex therapy for chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, chronic enteritis, chronic colitis, flatulence, intestinal spasms, diarrhea.
The local rinse is used for infectious and inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs and the oral cavity (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, stomatitis, gingivitis).
In the form of microclystia is used for spastic colitis, hemorrhoids.

Dosing and Administration
About 8-10 g (2-3 tablespoons) of flowers are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of cooled boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Infusion taken orally 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - 2-3 tablespoons; children from 7 to 12 years - 1-2 tablespoons; children from 3 to 6 years - 1 tablespoon; children under 3 years old - 1 teaspoonful.
For rinses of the oral cavity and pharynx use 1 / 2-1 glass infusion 3-5 times a day in a warm form.
In the form of an enema, 50 ml of warm infusion is introduced into the rectum.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
