Sodium citrate pentasecylhydrate 31.94 g

Glucose monohydrate (dextrose) 25.5 g

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate 2.51 g

Citric acid monohydrate 3.27 g

Water for injection up to 1 liter

Description of dosage form

Transparent slightly yellowish or colorless liquid.

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - anticoagulant.

Pharmacodynamics

The CFG solution provides an anticoagulant effect by binding calcium cations to citrate anions, in addition, the glucose contained in the preparation serves as a food for blood cells, and phosphate supports the blood buffer system.

The hemoconvant solution is mixed with blood in a ratio of 1 volume to 7 blood

Preservation of blood.

Dosing and Administration

Procurement of blood is carried out in accordance with the "Instruction for the preparation of canned blood donated", approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on 09.05.95. Shelf life of canned blood with CFG is 21 days.

Before use, check the integrity of the consumer container and the tightness of the container.

Release form

A solution of the hemoconvant. For 63 ml of CFG solution in polymeric containers for blood and its components with a volume of 500 ml.

Containers are packed in a secondary bag made of polypropylene or LDPE.
